I finally got some audio of Tegan and even more on Kelby online! Check out the audio section to hear those lovely girls.
I haven't written in a little over a week now. We are doing really great. The girls are playing together really well these days. I have been working hard on my new website and related stuff.
On Saturday, I taught a creative cards class at a friend's church for Scrapbooking event they were having. I've also been working on my own scrapbooking and I'm coming along. I think I've made it up to last August, so I'm only 6 more months behind. I truely enjoy scrapbooking. My family's life is well documented! On Monday night I had a workshop here. It was my last major effort to sell stamps. From now on I'll be just charging for classes I teach, and not focusing on the sale of Stampin' Up! product to make money. I'd like to make this little endeavor into something that makes a little income (enough to fund my crafting habit), but has a big impact on others. It seems like it just might work. It has become a place where I can put all my big ideas together and make them work. This is what has been keeping me busy lately.
Mike's been mad at his computer lately. Every once in awhile these machines give him a lot of trouble. He makes up for it by playing racketball once a week with a friend that has a membership at a local health club. Mike doesn't have a membership, so he pays each time he goes. It's pricey, but it is worth it for him. He really LOVES racketball.
I noticed a while ago that we have a spot on our wall next to my sliding glass door that is wet. The drywall is getting wet from somewhere. It is upsetting because our house is only 2 years old. I will have to get a hold of the builder to see if they can do something about it. Somehow I doubt they will, but I'll still going to give it a try.
The girls just woke up from their naps, so I must go entertain them. I wish we could go outside to play, but it is raining cats and dogs today. Love to you all!

Journaling My Life
This website is a journal of our lives. I am so thankful that I have it now as I look back on our life. Everything is flying by so quickly. I can't even believe it.
Our weekend was very nice. We had some fun times with friends and some relaxing time all by ourselves. Mike and I watched the kids in the nursery at church on Sunday. Kelby seems to love Sunday school. She's always so happy when she comes out. Tegan was a little jealous because Mike and I were in her class and she had to share us with the other kids.
Other than that, we haven't really been up to much. Mike wasn't feeling too hot this weekend, but I think he is coming out of it now. The girls and I are healthy as can be. Hopefully there aren't any sick kids at MOPS tomorrow.
Did I tell you that I have decided not to be on the MOPS leadership next year. It was a hard decision to make, but I think it will give me time to work on some of the other things I want to do...like my Smile On My Heart Art.
I guess this is just a quick entry to keep everyone up-to-date...actually, I just had some free time...if you can believe that.

New Website Online!

The computer has cast a crazy spell on me. It draws me in to finish a project and I just can't seem to leave it. Working on websites is like an addiction. I can't stop once I get started. My new www.smileonmyheart.com website is now up and running. It is quite beautiful, but I've been working on it non-stop for about a week. I'm still not sure what it will ultimately become, but for now I can post my schedule of stamping events. Now, I think I'll take a break from it for a while and work on some other things.
The girls have been going outside every day lately. It is like Spring here all ready. I wonder if we'll have any winter. The sun is so comforting as it beats through my windows. It makes me want to take a nap just thinking about it.
Each day seems to pass so quickly. It may be because I have been working on the computer and staying home. Where does the time go? I got a chance to get out of the house today for some shopping. That was nice. Gramma Debbie watched Kelby for me, so I only had to bother Tegan with getting in and out of the van. Tonight is another stamping night for me! I think I need some stamping after all this computer stuff.
Kelby is now fasinated with the human body. We found a book that shows bones, muscles, and organs, etc. She just can't stop asking what things are and what they do. It all started when she found a magazine about dinosaur bones and they scared her. I explained how we all have bones and told her all about the body. Now she walks around saying, "I have a bone in my head." She cracks me up. Right now she is really addicted to the "Spirit" movie. Then, while watching it, she is transformed into a horse and prances around the house.
Tegan loves to play with the dishes. She likes to pretend she's eating invisible foods. Also, she can't get enough of books, so I am reading to her quite often. She's just fun to be around because she love to make you smile and give great big hugs and kisses..
Life is just so good.

I'm Back!
Hello there family and friends!
It has taken me awhile to get these websites all settled into once again. I love to work on them, but it is a time consuming project. The time really flies when I work on the computer.
What has happened so far this new year? Well, not too much really. I have been cleaning and organizing the house...and then it was on to cleaning and organizing the websites. That's about it. We all got sick this week. Well, Tegan threw up on Wednesday night and I got it Saturday morning. Kelby just woke up a little under the weather today, but she never threw up or anything. She's just got a fever for now. She laid around all day and watched movies. Tegan is slowly getting her spirit back. It didn't seem to hit me as hard because I'm up and running already today...that's if you call working on the computer "up and running."
These days (before she got sick) Kelby has been running around the house pretending to be a horsey. She neighs with this horrible noise that sounds like a scream. We can only stand it a few times before we have to make her stop. She has been getting up and going potty all by herself for awhile now. The other morning, I got up and checked on her playing quietly in her room and found, to my surprise, she was wearing nothing but panties. I said, "What are you doing?!" And she told me, in a matter of fact voice, "Horses do not wear pajamas." It was so funny! She's got such a personality.
I know that I really need to get Tegan's new words recorded for the audio section of this website. She's been a bit ignored while I've been updating the other website. That's why we are back here. I'll get to it eventually. She's really talking up a storm now. She follows that big sister around wherever she goes. Today I caught her walking on all fours (like Kelby does when she's pretending to be a horse) and she said, "Puppy." When I asked her what a puppy says, she says, "ruff" in her baby sort of way. My daughters are both so cute!
Well, I have been sitting at the computer for far too long today, so I am signing off. Good night.
