Kelby slept almost the whole day today. When she was awake she was pretty happy though. She seems to be heading towards feeling better. I just can't believe how this virus has wiped her out. She is eating a healthy diet of milkshakes today, but at least its something. She is looking a bit dehydrated, so it doesn't matter what she drinks as long as she drinks something.
Our Oncology nurse called today to tell me that Kelby can't get her jaw scanned until next Thursday, Sept. 5th. Bummer! I was hoping to find something out by this Friday, but no such luck. I guess we all have to wait a little longer. This is the hardest part for me. I would love to celebrate a clear scan, or move on and deal with a relapse...I just want to know.
